Thank you for purchasing project credits from Cliently. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with high-quality services.
Due to the nature of our digital products (one-time purchases of project credits), all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed and the credits have been added to your account.
2. Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place. We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Billing Error: If you have been charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part.
- Service Malfunction: If you purchased project credits but they were not successfully added to your account due to a verifiable technical failure of our system.
To be eligible for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase date.
