How do Project Credits work?

One project credit is used to create and activate a new client portal. This is a one-time consumption per project. Credits are not refunded or returned if a project is archived or deleted. This simple, one-off system means you never have to worry about recurring monthly or yearly fees.

Is the information my clients submit secure?

Yes. All data is securely stored using Firebase, Google's robust backend infrastructure. For sensitive information like passwords, we provide a "Secure Text" field that is handled with care and only displayed to you in the dashboard.

Can I customize the client portal with my own branding?

Absolutely. All paid credit packs allow you to upload your own logo, set your company name, and add contact details to create a white-labeled experience for your clients.

What happens when a project is complete?

Once a project is complete, you can archive it. Archived projects do not count against your active project limit, but you can still access all the submitted information. You can also move projects to a trash folder before permanent deletion.

Are there any subscriptions or recurring fees?
